1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MissionGraph services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
MissionGraph provides Decentralized Mission Intelligence (DMI) services, including telemetry data collection, integrity verification through blockchain anchoring, and real-time analytics for mission-critical operations in aerospace, energy, DePIN, and robotics industries.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Your SolCert identity is cryptographically linked to your Solana wallet address.
4. Data Integrity
Data processed through MissionGraph is anchored to the Solana blockchain for integrity verification. Once anchored, this data is immutable and cannot be altered or deleted. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data submitted to our platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MissionGraph services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading telemetry data, to interfere with or disrupt our services, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
MissionGraph provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.
